For the health and safety of both yourself and our Associates, please call ahead to confirm an in-person or virtual showing.

If you or someone you have been in contact with is experiencing symptoms or has traveled outside of the country in the last two weeks, we can discuss our online solutions to viewing the property/suite.

Virtual Showings

In an effort to comply with social distancing, we now offer virtual showings. These free one-on-one video tours of our suites are done through WhatsApp. Our team can easily walk you through how to get set up from wherever you are.

In-Person Showings

Together with our prospective Residents, we are taking the following precautions to keep everyone safe during in-person showings.

  • Avoiding close contact

  • Standing approximately 2 metres apart from other people

  • Avoiding shaking hands

  • Limiting 1-2 people at a time in elevators to meet social distancing requirements

  • Sending information electronically whenever possible

  • Asking future Residents to refrain from touching surfaces, light-switches and door-knows around the suite if possible
